Review content:
The windows we got from America's Best Choice Windows of the Triangle are great, but it took longer than we expected to get them. It was just a timing issue. It took a month and half for the windows to arrive from the factory because it was closed around the holidays.
They guy who showed us the windows was very polite, personable and professional. We signed the contract and everything. We were told it could take four to six weeks. We asked if they could do it faster, because we had twins who would be coming home from the hospital. They said they would try and do it faster, but then we didn't hear from them for a month.
Once the windows were ready, the installers came and installed them. They did the work itself in about four or five hours, so the installation was great. Overall everything was great, it just took longer than we expected.
