America's Best Choice-Triangle

The windows we got from America's Best Choice Windows of the Triangle are great, but it took longer than we expected to get them. It was just a timing issue. It took a month and half for the windows to arrive from the factory because it was closed around the holidays. They guy who showed us the windows was very polite, personable and professional. We signed the contract and everything. We were told it could take four to six weeks. We asked if they could do it faster, because we had twins who would be coming home from the hospital. They said they would try and do it faster, but then we didn't hear from them for a month. Once the windows were ready, the installers came and installed them. They did the work itself in about four or five hours, so the installation was great. Overall everything was great, it just took longer than we expected. more

America's Best Choice was great. Justin was very flexible and helped me immensely with the needs that I had. His team did a nice job with the trimming and the custom work that I wanted to have done. The only thing I would say they could have improved on was the attention to detail. There were a few minor things I felt they could have cleaned up a bit more, but overall they were fast, quick and catered to me very well. more

America's Best Choice Windows of the Triangle replaced thirty-something windows in our house. I wouldn't say it was the most professional job but, with that said, the price was very good, the actual window quality was good, and we ended up getting everything fixed. I like them and I would do it again but I be more attentive to what's going on. more

The only reason America's Best Choice Windows of the Triangle doesn't get a perfect rating from me is because I was delivered a broken window and it hasn't been replaced yet. The guys who came by were nice and efficient. They apologized about the window and installed it anyway so that I at least had something, but the window doesn't work. It will be another two weeks before they get another one. Shaun the salesman was great and really helpful. The pricing is great. They did a good job of combining the price with doing the roof and gutter, a nice packaged service that saved us some money. more

About a year ago, I saw Best Choice Windows ad in a mail-in and I had been wanting new windows for nine years or since I moved in. So I called and talked with them and they came out and gave me an estimate--it was all really easy. I was amazed because I had to wait for the windows to come in and when they did, it only took them four hours to replace all of the windows upstairs. They cleaned up after themselves--left nothing behind--and the windows are gorgeous. I love them. About four or six months ago, I called them back to do the two, large windows downstairs and they look wonderful. My heat went out during the winter and the outside temperature would be around thirty-something degrees while the inside would never go below sixty degrees. Similarly, my A/C went out during the summer while it still got hot inside, it was nowhere near what it was outside. I believe this is all due to the new windows keeping the temperature inside controlled. I was so comfortable with the installers, Jason and crew, that I would left them with my cat and dog to get them lunch! more

America's Best Choice Windows replaced all the windows in my house. They came when it was convenient for me and did the kind of windows I wanted. The installers were super nice and cleaned up after themselves. He even had his own vacuum! There were two windows that had problems locking but Jason took no time in ordering new ones that actually locked. He took care of the problem with no questions. They did a really nice job! more
