Review content:
I am China D. I visited with Ms. Kirk for a divorce. She finalized my divorce and waited until my community property was settled before receiving the balance. In fact, she was paid at the selling of my marriage home. For a while it seemed that we were not going to be able to sell the property and it went into foreclosure twice. She was willing to write off the balance if we lost the property. However, it all worked out. She seldom does payment arrangements, but because I have 4 kids and initially no job, I paid her initial payment, including the filing fees and court costs was $2,500 from tax refund and she took no more until we settled. My balance with her office was $4,700. My portion of the sale, after the mortgage was paid, was 15,000. She knew that I was trying to purchase another home and she wrote off $1200 and accepted 3,700. She's a good lawyer. I will use her again.
