I am China D. I visited with Ms. Kirk for a divorce. She finalized my divorce and waited until my community property was settled before receiving the balance. In fact, she was paid at the selling of my marriage home. For a while it seemed that we were not going to be able to sell the property and it went into foreclosure twice. Typical Lawyer all about the money and not about the clients. Here it is 4 years after my divorce and I'm still getting hit with foolishness concerning my ex because this lawer idnt do her homework. Called her concerning a few issues and was blown off because she was assigned some grand case. Don""t use her or you will be sorry. more
