I called Mark at A Five Star Company. It was a really cold day, my heater was not going up very fast, and I was afraid it was going out. He was very responsive and came out the same day I called. He said the heater was not properly wired and it was also missing a heat strip, there needed to be two heat strips. He ordered those parts, was very responsible, came back and fixed it. It took a long time, but he gave me a generous deal and I appreciated that. I'm a widow and don't have a lot. He showed me a lot of consideration for me and my property. Everything seems to be working fine and I believe he would be back checking it out if it wasn't. I appreciate Mark's work. I definitely would like for him to come back (when needed).
