Review content:
I was expected to pick up my friend's dog while my friend was out of town. I got there on a Sunday. First, the dog had been kept away from the other dogs because apparently he was too active so when i arrived there, he wasn't with the other dogs but in the lobby crying. He was so happy to see me.\r
\r
Second, after i took the dog in my car, i noticed the dog was bleeding. When i arrived home i examined the dog and i realized he had an injury next to his mouth. Guess what? The dog was clipped by the staff at the Doggy Playhouse AND:\r
\r
1. they did it poorly\r
2. they did it WITHOUT the consent of the owners.\r
\r
It is my understanding that upon contacting the business, the business acknowledged the error, made an apology but did have the audacity to reply back: ""there's nothing that can be done now.""\r
\r
This is a horrible, unprofessional business and i strongly recommend residents to stay away from it.
