This was the first time I had occasion to use Abc Collision. They were recommended to me through my mechanic, and everything was satisfactory. The proprietor, the man in charge, was very experienced and knowledgeable. I trusted him to do a good job. He was honest.
The impression I got was they got the work done as quickly as possible, which was a concern of mine. I took them at their word. There was a slight delay because of a part they needed to order. I was hoping to get the car back quicker, but it was okay. I was satisfied with the overall job.
Abc Collision takes care of you. They know what has to be done, and they guide you through the process. It makes things easier because most people don't have the experience to know what needs to be done.
