I took my laptop in for them to look at. It turned out that my DVD drive had broken and shorted out the computer causing it to no longer power on. While I waited in their comfortable lobby, Mary looked at my computer, determined what the problem was, installed another DVD Drive into the computer and got it to power back on. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour, if that, with my computer in tow and was only charged $55.00 (cost of the DVD/RW Drive and the Service fee to look at it and fix it). Some places won't even look at it for under $100.00 so I think they were more than fair. Very pleased with her friendliness and excellent service. Thank you, Mary. Highly recommended. AAA+++
