I took my laptop in for them to look at. It turned out that my DVD drive had broken and shorted out the computer causing it to no longer power on. While I waited in their comfortable lobby, Mary looked at my computer, determined what the problem was, installed another DVD Drive into the computer and got it to power back on. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour, if that, with my computer in tow and was only charged $55.00 (cost of the DVD/RW Drive and the Service fee to look at it and fix it). Some places won't even look at it for under $100.00 so I think they were more than fair. Very pleased with her friendliness and excellent service. Thank you, Mary. Highly recommended. AAA+++ more

I always enjoy dealing with professionals. I heard that the techs at this store are top notch and serviced many businesses in the area as well as residents.\r As soon as I walked in the door I was treated with respect as well as my pc and data.\r I highly recommend these people to anyone that needs computer work. \r They also opened another store near Hardees\r more

PECO is not the typical computer store!\r \r Most computers stores are messy, with pc’s in pieces and you can’t even tell what has been worked on or not. They have a cooool point of sale software the will alert you when your pc is being diagnosed ready to pick up! \r \r They sell cell phones, tablets and refurbished laptops. I had a gaming machine I was trying to build myself. I bought some parts and used some old hardware I had. I could not get the thing to boot!!! I tried all kinds of stuff, I called PECO and they said bring it over. \r \r They got to me right away and figured out the problem in 2 seconds!? What?! \r \r They fixed me up with a cool power supply that has like a gigawatt of power so my power hungry video card, new Mobo and CPU get the right juice. My system booted up right away, no errors and I was happy!! ? I have told all my gaming friends to go there for their stuff. I didn’t realize that their prices were so good. I spent money sending stuff back and forth cuz I thought it was bad parts…next time I will go to PECO instead. Definitely recommend them.\r more

PECO Computers is #1 on my list!\r \r I had a computer that had Windows Vista on it and have had continuous problems with the operating system. Boy do I hate Windows Vista! PECO was able to solve all of them for me. I had a hard drive almost crash and they managed to save all my stuff even though I couldn’t boot my computer. \r \r They put in a new drive and for a few dollars more I upgraded to Windows 7 64bit! Wow, my new drive was faster and I love Windows 7! PECO put all my files back on my system and it was like a new machine. I even had them add more ram. \r \r Konrad told me with the 64 bit Windows 7 I could but just about any amount I want, so I have 8 GB of ram now. \r \r I recommend PECO to all my friends and family. My laptop started making a clicking noise one night and I figured i should get it looked at. The next day I brought into Peco (just did a google search) and they warned me right away that my hard drive was dying. This was definitely a problem since I had several papers I was working on the computer and not backed up! They took my drive out right in front of me and backed up all my files. Then Konrad recommended I get a new solid state hard drive that lasts longer. So I said yes and they ordered it right away. I came back in the afternoon the next day and they already had the new hard drive in my computer with windows reinstalled and all my files back on. It was like new. I would definitely come back again if anything else happens. more

I brought my computer to this business because I needed my computer to be factory restored, ""like new"". I wanted my C and D drive completely cleared with Windows 8 reinstalled to my computer, did not care the cost. I made this very clear to the technician working there. He told me that it shouldn't be a problem. 2 days after giving them my laptop I was getting a little concerned, so I called for the status of the restore. The technician said he was unable to look into restoring it because he had been dealing with ""larger priorities"" at the time. Apparently some customers are more important than others. 3rd day I called and demanded my laptop back. Once I got a hold of the technician he told me he was unable to complete the restore on account of being unfamiliar with windows 8, and how to reinstall windows 8 (something you should probably know or plan on figuring out if one of your main services is System Restoration). He also said he had found some minor viruses on my computer and asked if he should remove them. I did recall there being a minor spam-ware virus in my internet browser (which took about 2min to remove), and figuring that these guys were truly professionals, I agreed to the removal. I came to pick up my computer next-day. I showed up and payed the 75.00 fee (if I knew what they done with my 1200 laptop, I would have never payed). When I got home I opened my computer and they had left all of their virus removal software still installed. All free software of course, all of which anyone with a basic understanding of computers can download and use themselves and remove afterwards, including AVG antivirus and Malware bytes. There were also some diagnostic tools left on my computer which were never there before, and when asked about them, they of course denied any involvement. Free antivirus software like this can be spam in itself, oftentimes damaging/ deleting important system files, so I tend to avoid using them, let alone download and use them on another persons computer. more

I'm so disappointed with the service of this company. I took a laptop in, and did not hear back from them for two weeks. I called twice during this time, and they couldn't find my machine and/ or paperwork. The shop itself is chaotic and messy, not professional. I should have known from the start that the service would reflect this lack of professionalism. I would pay more and go elsewhere next time. more

I have nothing against guys, but it was such a pleasure to find a woman in the computer business!\r Professional, friendly, personal service. When I had a few questions in the the following weeks and even months later, about other computer problems Mary answered them over the phone taking time to explain things in lay persons' terms.
