Review content:
I've had two experiences with Superior Floor Coverings. I first called them after I extensively researched the various options available to me for hardwood floors. I spent three years looking at different types of products. I had quite a large area done in my house, everything except the bedroom. I really liked all the people who were associated, the sub contractors and everyone, with Superior Floor Coverings. I was really pleased with their quality and professionalism. Everyone involved in the process was very gracious and polite. It did take a while to get the job done, but that was because of things out of their control. One of the reasons was the moisture content of the wood was so high that the wood had to acclimate before being installed. So there was some delay in getting the floor in, but it wasn't their fault. They did an awesome job putting the floor down. Disaster struck only three months after the floors were completed. I had a water leak in the house, and all of the newly installed floors had to be repaired. I was absolutely devastated, and of course I wanted everyone involved in the original install to do the repairs. With insurance claims you're not always able to pick the people who do the work, but I told my insurance provider I wanted to use Superior. I told them I wanted the same exact floors I had before, and I wanted it replaced by the people I originally hired. I hadn't even paid off the original floors yet! I was able to have Superior and the people who did the work originally come back and do the repairs. They were even more accommodating and even more gracious and even more professional than the first time I used them. I can't say enough good things about them!
