On a rare occasion, you get to review a business that is just stellar. In LA, it's doubly rare. But in LA, to be able to review such a business and then realize that it's family owned and operated...well, it's like you're transported back to Main Street USA, in the 50s, where the mechanic tells you exactly what's what and everyone knows your name and you can stop holding your breath because you're going to be treated like a real person rather than a ""mark"" to gouge for as much money as possible. Such an idyllic place exists at AutoAid.\r
