When I placed my order I was given an estimated time of an hour (on a Tuesday night, when the place is walking distance from where I was). When they were 25 minutes late I called grubHub, who called them and was informed that my order would be an additional 20 minutes late. I can only conclude that they'd forgotten my order. Terrible costumer service.
