Castt salad w/crab cakes! Delicious!

Worst

Half the frjtz were cold and dry (even though my order arrived very quickly) and the chicken was left off of my salad. The Salad was very good, even without the chicken.

The fries are truly delicious, and arrive crisp even though they've been delivered. Many of the sauces are legitimately heavenly; I'm partial to the chipotle remoulade myself. The crepes are also pretty fantastic, but honestly I look at them more as an excuse to order the fries. more

I was pleased to see that my order would only take 40 minute to fulfill....only to be disappointed with the fact that the food arrived cold and incomplete 30 minutes late. After contacting the restaurant, they resent the order which took another hour. The side of bacon included was two burnt pieces, not worth the $3.00 i was charged, the french toast did not include the date butter (my favorite part). Sad to say, Frjtz, after years of being a favorite, it's time to say goodbye in 2013. more

Thought of this place as burgers/fries only, but wow we were mistaken! Rivera salad and Basquiat sandwich were both really good. Didn't realize the Basquiat was open-faced, kind of hard to hold, but really worked for the flavors and presentation so quite happy overall. more

Great fries and dipping sauces, and good timing on the delivery. But they did get our order wrong. We paid for added bacon and mushrooms on a burger but it was missed. more

Best Burger in the city, and extraordinarily quick service. Ordering out from here got me through a few days of being laid up in bed. more

Editorial review from GrubHub 7/16/2008

When I placed my order I was given an estimated time of an hour (on a Tuesday night, when the place is walking distance from where I was). When they were 25 minutes late I called grubHub, who called them and was informed that my order would be an additional 20 minutes late. I can only conclude that they'd forgotten my order. Terrible costumer service. more

heaven is a place with fries 1/24/2008

I am a french fry freak. Not really that picky really but zum, zum, zum and zum and a half. These heavenly items are served in a sundae cone and there are ceaseless sauce choices. You can get the fries spicy but then you can almost not taste the special sauces. Great belgian beer choices, absurdly cool space ... the staff seem a bit unclear on their own numbering system for delivering the food but they are a new location so I will overlook that, due to the floating on fry heaven freakiness. Yum. Also amazingly top sammys. Pros: heavenly eats Cons: can be crowded, hard to park nearby more

The selection of Belgian beers is comparable to any bar in San Francisco (most have Chimay and some have Leffe). The Duval is the only interesting one, but even that can be found at a good liquor store. The crepes are sub par, but the sandwich i happened to get was actually quite delicious and redeeming (the Michelangelo). The coolest thing were these little nooks to hang out in stuffed with pillows. Nothing special...three stars. more
