When we first got hit I thought "what a nightmare" but then I thought...oh my gosh, I can call Mirror Image. And very quickly, actually that same day, I was on the phone with MI owner Jason, and he had me calmed down and feeling that it was all going to get taken care of. He helped me get the cost of the repairs down and negotiate with the insurance companies to make sure that everything was covered. I was provided a rental car while my car was being repaired; it was right at MI when I dropped of my car. They detailed my car for free as part of the body repair service and took payment from the insurance company directly. Honestly, working with Mirror Image made a nightmare into an inconvenience. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone!
