Top notch service 3/21/2014

I'm so happy with the quality of work from Mirror Image. I really felt like they went above and beyond with the service and to help me around my scheduling needs. I hired them to have some paintwork done on my vintage car and the detailing process was the best that I had ever seen before. Even the places that we didn't have them work on were in perfect condition. The car, inside and out, looks so good. Jason is so professional, personable, and polite. He had been very forthright about the type of he work he would be doing on my car and how long it would last. He was very honest with me about the nature of my vehicle and the repair. I hadn't wanted to put a whole lot of money into it since it's an old car but he told me what he could do for a moderate price and I'm so glad that I went with it. He was very helpful with his suggestions and honest appraisal of the type of his work. This was my first time using Mirror Image and I'd absolutely recommend them. more

Overall, great service. Jason kept in touch with me during the repairs. I am super happy with the body work, the diagnosing of the battery issue. Jason saved me a hassle, that's for sure. My car was so clean and detailed when I picked it up, never had that service before at my mechanics…needless to say, I consider Mirror Image my new mechanic! Yes, I highly recommend them. Quality at its finest! 1/22/2014

Kudos to Jason and his entire staff for repairing the dent in my 2 month old Hyndai Santa Fe. The quality and care of the dismantling, painting and assembling of the vehicle brought it back to its pre-dent condition. All I did was drive the vehicle in and drove the vehicle away; which was cleaned inside and out and Jason also took the liberty to warm it up upon my arrival. Jason and his staff took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company and offered to have a rental onsite for use if needed. My service at MI was outstanding. They helped me navigate the insurance reimbursement and advocated on my behalf. They did the repairs at a fair price and got it done right on time. 1/16/2014

When we first got hit I thought "what a nightmare" but then I thought...oh my gosh, I can call Mirror Image. And very quickly, actually that same day, I was on the phone with MI owner Jason, and he had me calmed down and feeling that it was all going to get taken care of. He helped me get the cost of the repairs down and negotiate with the insurance companies to make sure that everything was covered. I was provided a rental car while my car was being repaired; it was right at MI when I dropped of my car. They detailed my car for free as part of the body repair service and took payment from the insurance company directly. Honestly, working with Mirror Image made a nightmare into an inconvenience. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone! more

Excellent Customer Service and Quality of Work! 10/14/2013

About a month ago I used Mirror Image for the first time after hearing numerous positive reviews about their quality of service. I will never go anywhere else for collision repair! The detail and quality of their work and customer service puts them far above other body shops I have used in the past. They make the process as painless as possible--with a rental car waiting there for you when you arrive and a quick turn around on their repair work. I cannot say enough good things about Mirror Image and their staff. Don't go anywhere else! more

Repair damage to front left part of car 10/13/2013

Hi Jason, I have been meaning to contact you. When I went in for an oil change, the dealer wanted to do an alignment, but I am sure you did this because of the new tires you installed. Right? Also, I had a difficult time starting the car about two weeks age. I could not unlock the steering wheel. A sensor on the brake had to be installed which cost $100. Do you think that was a result of my accident? I did figure out how my accident did happen. I did have my foot on the brake and with the shoes I had on, my foot slipped on to the gas. Other than that, the car is great. You did a great job. more

This is the third time I have had a vehicle repaired by Mirror Image. Jason and his staff make it as easy as possible to deal with Insurance and coordinating repair. Great Repair Work and Even Better Customer Service 7/30/2013

An overall excellent experience. I couldn't have asked for anything better, my car looks brand new and the service was awesome. Jason provided a very thorough estimate and kept in constant contact throughtout the repair process. Communication was outstanding and that really set Mirror Image apart from the other places. They worked hard and off hours to get my car ready. Because the rental was on my dime. They had real concern and finished the job promptly. Thank you Jason. Mirror Image Auto Body really are outstanding. Jason isn't like some guys that will say "oh, we're real busy right now, check back in a few months and we'll see what we can do." He's right there, and he'll let you know everything. He's just a nice guy that helps you out and keeps you informed. He'll give you a phone call to let you know what's going on. The communication is good, and that kind of thing is important. more
