WORSE CLINIC IN TOWN!! The staff here is very un-professional, Customer service is horrible, extremely rude, disrespectful, confrontational and even in front of other customers. The vet tech have no clue what they are talking about. The wait time is forever. I love the fact, paid for the puppy package and for my puppy to be dewormed but once again vet tech don't do there jobs right and had to deworm my pups the right way. The crazy thing is Dr. McRoberts is awesome. I've been going to the vet for 20+ yrs. but WOW has the staff changed over the last year. Its so bad, I had to finally get up and leave this week. Thank god I did. What was I missing. My pups new vet is incredible.
