Review content:
We are seasoned homeowners and DIY'ers who have owned and renovated at least 4 homes. Yet, at a recent inspection of a house on which we have a contract, Kenny Martin pointed out many defects that we would not have noticed. We have worked with other inspectors who were much less thorough and seemingly less knowledgeable. One of the best things about the inspection by Kenny is the detailed report which he provided. If we close on this house, we will use the report as a working document and check off the items one by one as they are corrected - either by ourselves or by professionals. Kenny is knowledgeable, professional, and a good communicator. We will definitely recommend Kenny Martin to anyone who needs a home inspection.
