I started my New Year off with a flooded basement... which is not awesome. What is awesome is how great of service I got from Josh, Rob, and Kevin! Of course the problem occurred late at night during the holidays so I was panicking at the thought of having to wait until Monday to get help. However the guys at Roto-Rooter made time and worked until 1:00 am to diagnosis the problem. Rob showed up first thing the following day to walk me through the what is wrong, make sure I understood, and let me see it with my own eyes via his pipe camera thing. Getting that kind of explanation and video proof made me much more at ease with what had to be done next... Which was get to the pipes underneath my house that had ""de-laminated"". Once again, the next day Josh and a co-worker showed, got to work, let me visit and see the damaged pipe once it was out, put everything back together, cleaned up the mess, and left me with plumbing that no longer flooded my basement. As much as flooding your house is a bummer, the guys at the Grand Rapids Roto-Rooter did great job and made the entire process as pleasant as possible. Great people!\r
