Review content:
I am writing this review to express my appreciation of Keith's ""stewardship"" of the considerable repairs performed at our home in April 2009. At the beginning of the project Keith clearly stated that he expected to be contacted for any questions or problems we might have. He was onsite as the repairs began and made periodic visits to ensure the work was completed by the crews employed for the different aspects of the work. We thought additional attention was required to complete some of the tasks to our satisfaction; Keith made sure the work was done as we expected. Keith was conscientious and attentive to our needs. Your company is fortunate (as are your customers) to have Keith working for you.\r
