I would like for everyone to know that on sometime late Tuesday night the 21st of January into the 22nd our heat went out. We called Assured Comfort Heating and Air that morning and Jason was sent out to us. This young man found our problem and then did a little extra work by screwing metal pieces into our furnace to hold the filter into place that seem to always fall out and not stay in its place because of what the builder had not done corectly when thy installed it,, they had cut a hold to large to keep the filter in place ...kudos to Jason. Thanks a bunch!!
