I have used ASSURED FOR 10 yrs have 2 units. 1 hvac has been replaced ASSURED did a excellent job on time and complete. I have my 2 units serviced twice a year this is a great deal . I refer to the service as unbelievable because I am still amazed at the quality of service I received from Assured Comfort. I saw a billboard ad for a "free furnace with the purchase of an A/C." I contacted the company, with reservations, because I thought that there was a catch to the ad. Mr. Bobby Rodriguez came to our home and assessed our needs. He provided excellent customer service, very personable and professional, and he did not try to give us a sales pitch to sell equipment we did not need. The price was excellent. We were sold at that point and agreed to purchase the new A/C and have the ducts cleaned, as well. And yes, we did receive a FREE FURNACE. The crew came out a week later (Brad and CJ) and did an excellent job!!! They were very professional, courteous, and respectful. They used shoe coverings and drop cloths. They removed all the debris and old equipment, and did an excellent job with cleaning up their work area. I was really impressed with the caliber of work they performed. I also agreed to have the ducts cleaned, so Jordan came out on the same day to clean the ducts. He was very professional, courteous and respectful, as well. I have over 15 ducts and returns, combined, and he patiently cleaned each and every one, with a smile. He also used shoe coverings and wheel coverings for the equipment he took up and down the stairs. He did an excellent job!!! I am really happy with my new HVAC system and I can finally breathe clean air. Thanks to Assured Comfort. I recommend this company!!! more

Assured Comfort Heating & Air has been doing our service for many years. Recently we moved and another company was to provide our home warranty service. The other company did not repair the problem with our AC, so we called Assured Comfort. They had someone out on the weekend within an hour taking care of the problem. I would not even think of using another company for my heating and air problems. Lane was the service man who came to my house to do the company's 6 month inspection of my 2 heating and air units. He was prompt arriving and called to let me know he was on his way. He has to come inside my house for one unit and he changed the filter in the unit. He covered his shoes before he came into the house and was very quite doing his job . He finished and checked the other unit which is in the crawl space under my house. Again he was quiet and quickly found the problem I was having with this unit , corrected it and also changed the filter in the unit.. A very knowledgeable man working with a great company.
