Two easily accessible outdoor faucets to replace, one of which was leaking. Technician Clint was prompt, polite, charming and skillful. I have no complaint at all with him. The answer service explained that the charge for the call would be $139 but she did not say that this included an extra $100 because of the Saturday visit. I am not complaining at this charge but would have preferred to know the weekday cost. The day of the visit was warm and dry. The technician was here less than 1 hour of which 40 minutes was spent in replacing the broken faucets. The total cost was $470.78. The company's flat rate policy penalizes homeowners who have simple speedy jobs and subsidies customers whose jobs are slow and complicated. Some flexibility in pricing should be in place if the job is as easy and quick as ours was, when the weather conditions are perfect.
