I had my 03 f250 experience some sudden transmission problems just before the holidays and needed to have it repaired. My auto dealer's service contract directed me to cottman. After having issues withe the contract, TIM was willing to work with me until i could get alternate means to cover the cost without complaint. The contact between tim and me was excellent. He kept me aware of all issues and let me know of all progress. I highly recommend them for any transmission or other needed repairs.
