I read through the positive reviews and don't understand how my experience here has been so different. Within the first month here both bathroom fans went out, the toilets run, the clothes dryer leeks, the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink went out recently and there is mold growth somewhere in every room of the apartment... we've only been here for 4 months. Aside from the interior of the apartment, peopld scream in the parking lot at night and no one seems to be scooping their dogs' waste. This place is cheap for a reason but I believe someone could find a better choice for the price.
