Decent place but do not keep commitments 12/11/2019

Lived here several years. When we moved in we had to wait a few extra weeks while our unit got remodeled. Upon arriving to pickup keys found out they gave the remodeled unit to someone else and we had to take an old out of date unit. Could not get the deposit back of course so had no choice. They made commitments to update our unit's appliances that never happened. Fix out deck (still broken). Numerous maintenance requests go unanswered. For the price it is a reasonable place however they cannot follow through with any commitments they give. I would like updated appliances at least given we expected a modern unit but I cannot even get that as the staff has changed and no one remembers the agreements they made previously. Live here if it is what you can afford and it will be alright. Do not expect anything noteworthy however, and do not believe any promises that improvements will be made. more

Do not live here 1/23/2014

I read through the positive reviews and don't understand how my experience here has been so different. Within the first month here both bathroom fans went out, the toilets run, the clothes dryer leeks, the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink went out recently and there is mold growth somewhere in every room of the apartment... we've only been here for 4 months. Aside from the interior of the apartment, peopld scream in the parking lot at night and no one seems to be scooping their dogs' waste. This place is cheap for a reason but I believe someone could find a better choice for the price. more
