Review content:
I am usually able to have my vehicle serviced at our local facility here in town but for my system failure a dealer was advised. Your dealership is between my home and work and convenient for service as I needed to wait there for the repair to be made. From the moment I talked to Jarid who advised me and schedule me in untill I left after the repair I was nothing but impressed. Randy greeted me at the door, understood my request, guided me to the waiting area explaining the facility and kepted me in the loop through out my visit. Bill Delisle assessed the problem, inspected my car finding other things needing attention and advised the service needed all the time keeping me informed every step of the way. The repairs needed and prices quoted were agreed upon and a time line given for my wait. The repairs were made at which time Randy lead me to the front desk where the repairs were discribed and the bill was paid. I was then lead to the door and shown where my car was parked. I had the car washed on the way to the dealership so the mechanic could work on a clean car only to have the snow and slush trash it before I arrived there. Much to my surprise when I saw it again it was spotless not only outside but inside as well. I work as a design leader in the Advanced Architecture Studio at GM and drive only GM cars and thought ""WOW"" finally a GM dealership the gets it right from beginning to end. Thank you for restoring my confidence in a GM dealership and one I can trust. Regards Greg
