Review content:
We've been using Schoenfelder Renovations since May of 2010 to do work on our student housing campus near the University of Minnesota. We've used them for a plethora of different projects including, but not limited to, turn sign painting, drywall repairs, painting common areas, concrete work and fixing sidewalks. They also redid our parking lot. They dug it up, laid down the grade level and the asphalt, and then sealcoated the whole thing. That was a pretty big project. Overall they have done a great job on the work they've done, and I will use them again.
We've continued with them because honestly, they are competitive with their pricing. I've also formed a pretty strong business relationship with Mark, who is one of the partners, and some of the managers who come onsite. They know exactly what I need and when I need it. I know that if, or when, I need something done, they will be there to help out. If you're thinking of using them, you will be happy with the work when it's done.
