I recently moved to the Los Angeles area and was overwhelmed in selecting a new provider, in a city where there are so many options. Thankfully a friend recommended Marina Plastic Surgery. I admit that I would rarely take the time to write a review unless I was unhappy, however my experience was so outstanding I wanted to take a minute to share. \r
Every step of the process, from scheduling to check-out, I was treated with the up-most respect. Many offices make you feel like your time is less valuable than their own...I was very pleased to find this untrue. I could clearly see that the staff was not only content, but that they interacted with each other as if they were a happy family (lets face it, I am not keen on the idea of a disgruntled employee sticking needles in my face). The overall energy in the office was very pleasant. All of my questions and concerns were answered efficiently, even when I called with additional questions after my visit on the phone. I will certainly be returning to this office, and would highly recommend this office!
