A wonderful experience! Trisha was very knowledgable, patient with my questions. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. She explained the differences between various brands and models. I purchased a new machine. Trisha double checked to see that all parts were included, explained the warranty, the buy-back plan and the advantage of an annual tune-up. My friends recommended this store to me and I am glad they did. I'll go back again!
