The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I found the sewing machine classes helpful when learning to use the new machines I've purchased. They are willing to go the extra mile to help solve problems with both sewing machines and vacuume cleaners. I recommend this store. more

Before purchasing my new machine I visited the store a few times and each time Tricia and Paul were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They helped me pick the right machine to meet my needs and their prices are competitive. I would definitely recommend visiting them before you purchase anywhere else. more

So nice ti discover a new, friendly business - large, with countless models to choose from. Cody and Trish were very polite and responsible to assist me in locating some difficult parts for my machines. Looking forward to visiting them again. I purchased a machine from the other store in Houston. Due to the poor service and knowledge, I quickly found I was not satisfied with my purchase. First called and spoke with the Conroe store and determined it was well worth the drive. Traded my machine for one more suited to my needs, got everything that was promised with their buy-back plan, great service and help with getting acquainted with the new machine. \r \r Wonderful experience! I learn something new every time I visit the store! more

A wonderful experience! Trisha was very knowledgable, patient with my questions. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. She explained the differences between various brands and models. I purchased a new machine. Trisha double checked to see that all parts were included, explained the warranty, the buy-back plan and the advantage of an annual tune-up. My friends recommended this store to me and I am glad they did. I'll go back again! more

Awesome experience. We were looking to upgrade our sewing machine and had an idea of what we wanted but, were not real sure. Chris did an awesome job demonstrating the machines with the features we wanted and without showing us a machine with features we would probably never use. I went to this store to get my sewing machine repaired and I bought a new one. Tricia and the guys at this store are knowledgeable and nice. I wanted a new machine and Tricia helped me find the right one. No hard sale or try to make me buy something that I wasn't ready for. Thanks again guys and I will return. more

*****5 STARS*****\r I used to live in the Willowbrook area of Houston and purchased my first Brother Machine from Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse 12 years ago. We moved north of Lake Conroe about 7 years ago & wash bummed that I had to travel so far to visit them. Then one day as I was driving home I noticed they added a new store in Conroe, Yeah!!!\r Just in time to trade my old one in for a new and improved version. Thanks Tricia for all of your advice & assistance. \r Way to go Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse, keep growing. more

I took my embroidery machine elsewhere and no one could fix it. I brought it here and Chris knew what was wrong with it. I even went back and bought a knew machine with the help of Trisha. They were both very friendly and helpful. Trisha was very helpful and showed me how to operate my new machine. more

I bought a Janome 9900 and got Great, knowledgeable service from Trisha, without any high pressure sales. The store offers a wonderful trade–in program and will also give you a great trade-in if you upgrade your machine following a purchase from their store. The best feature is the one hour hands on lesson with your new machine. Trisha also lets you try it out before you purchase and gives you instructions as to how to thread the machine before you leave the store. Trisha is very helpful. more
