I am not sure why Tony Ferrentino is mean, deceitful and so very crooked, but he is and it is a shame. A shameful owner looking to get every penny out of his renters. Do not rent from him. A crooked man twisting the rules and truth hoping you run away and don't file papers at the court house. \r

I am very grateful for this site. I was looking at one his apartments. The location and price seemed reasonable but after meeting with him and giving him a chance to explain this internet chat it came to fruition. He just about lost mind his mind when I brought up cleaning and security deposits.\r

I have since met people who have rented from him and the story is always the same...\r
