This company has been pretty terrible when it comes to customer service. Take everyone else's warning on that. I also was to specifically address: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SPECIALS OR INTRODUCTORY OFFERS. They tell you that you can get it for a special price when you sign up, then they mail you an 18 month contract, you sign it, and get your first bill only to find out that they tack on a ton of hidden charges and fees. I specifically asked them to calculate what I was paying and what I would have been paying after signing the contract... The discount ended up being a whopping $4 a month! Their service is terrible. It's not worth $4 a month to lock yourself into an 18 month contract. Then, if you decide to cancel, they will charge you $20 a month until the end of your contract, AND $60 to come out and flip the switch on the box to turn it off. Once again, The difference between the normal price and the ""advertised special discounted rate"" is only $4. The only difference is that they send you a little ""CONFIRMATION FORM"" in the mail, and that's their CONTRACT locking you in for 18 months. Don't do it. It's nothing but a scam. And if you can avoid it STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
