I've been using General Cleaning and Restoration for about 15 years. Recently I had Murray come in to do work on a rental property because my tenants have a daughter who has severe allergies. They wanted me to pull up the carpets and put down the hardwood floors. I thought a good first step would be to have Murray come in and clean. He's been in the business for a number of years, and he also has consulted with hospitals about cleaning and indoor air quality. I knew he would be able to get the room clean and give the parents advice as far as ways to limit the allergies.
I've continued to use General because of Murray's vast knowledge of all areas of carpet and cleaning, as well as the health-related issues to indoor air quality. He's done work both on my rental properties and my own home. He also worked for the mills, so when there was a problem with a carpet he would give feedback about whether it was a customer problem or a manufacturer problem.
I would say by all means you should go with him! He's a certified cleaner with vast experience. He's very professional, very friendly and personable, and his prices are very competitive.
