Total frustration. I can understand the good reviews, because I decided on this plan thanks to the good service my sister in law received from them. Sadly for me the experience is terrible. I have been trying to contact this people for 14 days. I paid for the insurance and have not received the ""welcome package"" they said I would receive a week ago. All I get from customer service is that everyone is busy, busy, busy. I hope if they have an emergency they do not get that from whoever is giving them service. About calling you back, good luck with that! I truly believed this was a respectable company, I am totally frustrated.
