How we feel about a mechanic is the same about a veterinarian, when you fine a good one you stay with them forever. \r
We had a veterinarian that retired and he sold his practice to another vet.. This other vet has no bedside manner, and as we were spoiled with our previous vet. we felt this other vet was money hungry and we were turned into just a number. It seemed as if each time we went to this vet he was always in a rush for some reason. Then we found a new veterinarian in his practice by the name of Nicole Longo Dvm, She was sweet and caring, she was always available to answer any question we had about our pets. She cared for our pets as we do. \r
When we had a emergency two years ago with our yorkie she waited for us treated our yorkie as if he was hers. She referred us to a 24 hr Vet Hospital and kept in touch with us trough out his hospital stay and attended to his aftercare. She continued checking up on his care until the crises was over. \r
Now that she has moved to Pleasant Plains Animal Hospital, we followed her. Now we are very happy about this move even though its now twenty-five miles away. This new office is to me what a veterinarians office should be. Professional, with state of the art equipment,Clean, Caring, Compassionate, Courteous. \r
They not only treat the patient but they treat the family at the same time. If you don’t understand something they will try to explain it to you various ways until you understand. We now feel that we are not only visiting the veterinarian but we are visiting friends and family.\r
