Superior Floor Coverings was wonderful! It was our first time using them. We purchased a home and needed to replace flooring in three rooms. We bought carpet for two bedrooms and laminate flooring for an office.
Superior was so flexible! We had some very short timetable/deadline issues to deal with, because we were moving out of an old house into this new house. They were fantastic about working with us and being flexible with the scheduling.
The total experience wasn't perfect, because the installers Superior Floor Coverings hired could have been better. We had a drop-deadline. The installation had to be finished on Thursday because our furniture was being delivered on Friday morning. The installers came first thing on Thursday and started the work, but then they left for five hours and didn't come back till around six in the evening. They finished the job at eight o'clock when we had the furniture delivery at nine the next morning.
Separate of the contracted installers, the two people I worked with at Superior couldn't have been any better. They really had great customer service. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew what we needed and got it for us at what we felt was a fair price. I would highly recommend Superior Floor Coverings!
