These people are a bunch of crooks! My stolen vehicle was towed to this place after the police recovered it and not only did they charge me (the victim) a towing fee but they charged me a storage fee for 2 days when my vehicle was only in there for less than 24 hours (14 to be exact) When I asked for the reasoning why I was charged for 2 days the explanation was ""it went thru the gate at 9 p.m. and that counts as 1 day and 12:01 a.m. starts a new day"". The hairy voiced lady from the back office sends her rude very, limited vocabulary lot boys to explain the process which is a further insult to my intelligence because from what I understand there are 24 hours a day! No wonder you work at a impound lot because it's obvious that you can't count. Oh and by the way if you go next door and talk to the Aurora Police they will tell you that ""they set their own rates."" Seems to me that the police work right next to the crooks but turn a blind eye on such fraudulent practices... And you wonder why this country has so many problems.
