M & M Impounding & Towing

These people are a bunch of crooks! My stolen vehicle was towed to this place after the police recovered it and not only did they charge me (the victim) a towing fee but they charged me a storage fee for 2 days when my vehicle was only in there for less than 24 hours (14 to be exact) When I asked for the reasoning why I was charged for 2 days the explanation was ""it went thru the gate at 9 p.m. and that counts as 1 day and 12:01 a.m. starts a new day"". The hairy voiced lady from the back office sends her rude very, limited vocabulary lot boys to explain the process which is a further insult to my intelligence because from what I understand there are 24 hours a day! No wonder you work at a impound lot because it's obvious that you can't count. Oh and by the way if you go next door and talk to the Aurora Police they will tell you that ""they set their own rates."" Seems to me that the police work right next to the crooks but turn a blind eye on such fraudulent practices... And you wonder why this country has so many problems. more

The other Saturday night I was detained by Aurora Police Dept for various reasons not to be discussed here. What I do want to talk about is the credibility of M & M Impounding & Towing; they soon arrived on the scene to tow my car. When Aurora detained me, obviously I was separated from all of my possessions wherein I tend to carry shall we say “excessive” personal belongings and even extra money. \r \r Some of the items in my car included several pairs of Serengeti sunglasses; a camera; approx 50 grams of solid 14 kt gold jewelry that I was to take to the jeweler for repair; binoculars; small expensive tools; at least $30 in loose bills; and other stuff too much to list. Not to mention that my car is a vintage Ford Probe GT in near showroom condition. \r \r We have all heard of the horror stories involving toothless tow truck drivers stealing items which usually results in only frustration, as it’s always your word against theirs. Needless to say I was worried all weekend about my junk! \r \r Not only was my car in perfect condition when I picked it up, EVERY SINGLE ITEM ACCOUNTED FOR! Even the back seat was tossed about with my loose dollar bills by the police, anybody could have easily pocketed.\r \r Kudos to M & M Impounding & Towing for their professionalism and honesty towards my car and expensive possessions; thank you!\r \r more

I was recently in a car accident and M & M towed my car. Wade was very kind and helpful. He was extra nice to my daughter. He even took a pix of my car and sent it to me for my documentation.\r When I went to clean out my car, Dave was extra patient and even sorted through all of the class to recover my personal items.\r Thank you for making a bad experience (an accident) bearable. more
