Scam....don't rent from these people. WARNING...don't do it. You wont get a rent certificate, any money back, or anything fixed. The office never responds to messages and I was charged exactly half of a water bill even though its not in my lease and I live in a duplex! Please don't rent from these people because you will become another victim. Anyone who hasn't had their problems resolved should contact the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer protection because they already have 10 complaints. This business is built from thievery 100%.\r
