On 3 different occasions I was given a window of time for Danbury Overhead Door to come service my broken Garage door. On all three occasions they did not show up. The first time, someone called after the fact to say the truck broke down, the second time I called and was told they did not have me in their schedule, but they gave me a time, and I had them on my schedule. The third time no-one showed up and to date I have not had a call from them,so I don't know what the excuse will be this time. A very disappointing way to try to do business!
