I have had & boarded my dogs for many years. when this business was new, it was great. They are in a different location now and obviously have WAAAAY lost sight of their original mission. I was so infuriated when I just picked my dog up from there the other day. I had reserved a suite, and now that they have everything behind an Employees Only door, well... you have to trust them. And they are clearly not trustworthy. After the guy assured me that my dog was in a suite, he went into the back and was there for quite some time. I let myself in the gate, and opened the Employees Only door and was mortified to see my dog in a tiny cage crying like mad. They continued to lie about it until I told them I had walked behind their counter and saw for myself where my dog was. They offered no refund. they kept my dog's food and treats and toy. When I walked outside with my dog, it was clearly obvious that they had not attended to walking him. My dog got in the car and started drinking water out of his travel bowl, and couldn't seem to get enough water. I have never felt so bad for leaving my dog in such a crappy place, with such crappy care. Dropped him off Tuesday night and picked him up Thursday morning - $75!!! What a terrible choice I made. I'm only taking the time to write this so you don't you make the same mistake I did.
