I am inclined to agree with the comments below regarding Rod Shop. I too purchased a vehicle from them and the customer service is pathetic. The woman Bonnie, whom so many others seem to have similar feelings about is by far the rudest and most child like person I have ever met in my life! When I demanded to speak to her manager regarding her attitude I was told no, that she was the manager. I told her that I wanted to speak to HER manager, that she didn't own the place and she continued to deny me of speaking to someone higher up. I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend or loved one. Any place who has had THIS many complaints about the same person and continues to employ her is a joke. The place clearly could care less about their customers and are just concerned with making money. Once you've actually purchased the vehicle you will be treated SO badly. Avoid them at ALL costs....
