I am inclined to agree with the comments below regarding Rod Shop. I too purchased a vehicle from them and the customer service is pathetic. The woman Bonnie, whom so many others seem to have similar feelings about is by far the rudest and most child like person I have ever met in my life! When I demanded to speak to her manager regarding her attitude I was told no, that she was the manager. I told her that I wanted to speak to HER manager, that she didn't own the place and she continued to deny me of speaking to someone higher up. I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend or loved one. Any place who has had THIS many complaints about the same person and continues to employ her is a joke. The place clearly could care less about their customers and are just concerned with making money. Once you've actually purchased the vehicle you will be treated SO badly. Avoid them at ALL costs.... more

Bought a car from them with promises of certain things being repaired, not 24 hours later they were my problems. The Customer Service (Bonnie) is the rudest person you will ever meet. Talked to the manager he wasn't any better. Beware of their lies. Stay away from them you will live a much happier life. I promise more

My husband and I were in desperate need of a good used car. Bonnie Blake and the ROD SHOP went out of their way to help us. They diagnosed the problem with our old car (cracked head) and offered to either fix it or set us up with a new to us vehicle. Everyone at the Rod Shop went out of their way to get us mobile and fast. Within 24 hours we drove our new car off the lot. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROD SHOP!! I love that I bought my car with the rod shop and its super easy to make my payments through the rod shop directly or by using their website. I don't know what we would have done without their fast and friendly service. We don't have the best credit but they definitely were able to work with us. I would recommend checking their inventory if you are in the market for a newer vehicle. more

The customer service at the Rod Shop is horrible. I worked in customer service for several years and would never have dreamed of treating customers in such a disrespectful manner. Beware if you finance more than one car with them. If you get behind on payments on one vehicle, they will attempt to re-possess both vehicles (even if the other is current on payments). I will not criticize everyone who works there because I have only had the displeasure of working with Bonnie. Buyer Beware! You are in for a huge headache with the Rod Shop. Cons: Poor Customer Service, Disrespectful Employees, etc more
