They were very friendly and not pushy at all. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and that is exactly what I was shown. No attempt was made to up sell me to a more expensive model and no warranties or service contract were pushed either. It was a very pleasant experience. Although I came in with pre-approved financing, they did offer to see if they could beat the deal I came in with and they did, so I also saved money over the life of the loan. My pre-owned vehicle is as close to a brand new car as you are likely to find, and they only sell the absolutely spotless cars at their lot. I highly recommend the extra drive
