Disgusting service all the way around. Make sure when you buy a phone from Diamond that you understand that you are signing a third party contract that will be assessed $500 if you terminate the contract early. This $500 goes to Diamond and IS ABOVE AND BEYOND the early termination fee with your carrier (Verizon.) This term fee is NOT for terminating service but for NOT using the actual phone for 6 months. From the day I purchased my phone from the kiosk in Vancouver Mall the service has been incredibly poor. The manager of the store - Drew never disclosed that I was signing a separate contract. Drew also promised to help me with the Droid and gave me his contact number. I called Drew no less than 4 times and he never bothered to return my call. I visited the kiosk for help and no one knew how to use the phone either and they were of no use. Drew was never there during any of my visits. After receiving a call from a COLLECTION AGENCY attempting to collect $500 today I called the Vancouver Mall kiosk and has a much less than helpful young lady refer me to their customer service department where I had the DIS pleasure to speak with Rachel. I have now been waiting more than an hour for a return call from Rachel after waiting 20 minutes on hold. Rather than to go on on and on I will say that I called Verizon corporate and they are looking into this but I will still be responsible for the contract that roped me into using the phone. Be careful what you are signing and realize that buying a phone these days is worse the buying a used car. I might also add that Diamond is in the middle of a class action law suit with its customers for a violation of privacy with customers that have used a debit or credit card. Sounds like bad business all the way around.
