I've learned my lesson in dealing with ""authorized representatives"". I have Verizon, and made the mistake of thinking I was at an actual ""Verizon"" kiosk while at the mall. A few days after my transaction, I received an email notifying me that my data plan had been changed on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ACCOUNT than the account I had added a line on. I had ""unlimited data"" on two of my lines, for nearly 5 years - something that Verizon doesn't offer any longer. Someone had gone in to my other account and changed my data plan on BOTH LINES to the ""share everything"" plan, which limits each line to 2GB of data. I told Savonne, who had been texting me about getting their ""phone insurance"" for most of my 9 separate accounts, and she said she'd get it fixed. Well, one of the lines was fixed fairly quickly. My other line, however STILL has not been switched back. Since then, my daughter has gone over her data usage for last month, (Mainly due to streaming Pandora) which caused me overages, and is dangerously close to going over again this month - and my billing cycle isn't even 1/3 of the way over!! I called Savonne again earlier this week, and she was defensive and said she was doing everything she could and that ""someone else switched the plan"". I had to finally resort to calling Verizon directly, who will be crediting my account for the overages NEXT month, and put in a request to have my second line's data plan changed back to ""unlimited"".... Good grief, it's only been a MONTH. :( Would NOT recommend Diamond Wireless - Just go directly to the actual Verizon kiosk. It's only a few hundred feet away.
