Terrible service! I have never had anything re-upholstered before, so I didn't really know what to expect or questions to ask, but I sure have learned a lesson!! Took a chair in to see if they could do a very important job. They said they could and then it wasn't ready on time. When I did go to pick it up, it was so disappointing! Looked like I could have done a better job myself in a home-ec class in high school. They didn't even try to make it look like what I wanted. So I decided to give them another chance, since a friend had recommended them and since I really needed this done and they had the fabric I was hoping to have. I explained again/showed them what I wanted. They kept telling me that it was being worked on and had it for another 2 months. Most times would not return phone calls and twice told me it would be finished and it wasn't. Last straw was when they told me they were going to pick it up (yes, they couldn't handle this small job in-house) and would call me back in 45 minutes. Never called me, so I went over to see them. Walked in and saw my chair sitting right where it had been all along---never touched. Took the chair and deposit back and found another place that sounds much more knowledgeable and truthful and fast.
