Review content:
Slow service, awkward service drop off set up, not a pleasant experience. Try to tell you things you don't need done...fortunately was in car business myself and am able to do things like change air and cabin filters and was told mine were filthy two weeks after I changed them.....I checked when I left and they weren't.....this is how dealerships used to do business....apparently that's still how they do....let me get the plaid jackets.
