I can't believe Napleton's deliberately hires stupid mechanics so my only conclusion is that the service managers are tasked to separate every dollar possible from any unsuspecting customer that walks through the door. Like they say "buyer beware". more

Great service but typical dealer ripoff 2/15/2014

Great service, friendly, way overpriced on parts and labor, completely wrong diagnose on exhaust noise. Wanted to replace front pipe @ $1900. Another shop replaced flex pipe @$70. I don't trust this place anymore. more

Awesome, honest service! 1/23/2014

I took my Elantra for an oil change and received excellent service. I was able to drop off my car before my scheduled appointment time and was attended to quickly. All the staff were friendly and informative. It did not take all day for the service on my car to be completed. Picking up my car was just as easy as it was dropping it off. Excellent service!! more
