Review content:
Many years ago, this Jeweler was nice. Last Valentine's Day, my hubby went there for a gift and got a small, key pendent necklace. The first day I wore it, one of the ""diamonds"" fell out! It had small black ones on one side and white down the other. When I took it in, they would not gives our $ back and would do an exchange. There was nothing else I like and asked to replace this one with the same. The saleswoman, Tina, said there was only one at another store. Several days later when I returned for the necklace, to exchange, it appeared another stone was glued into the same pendant! I didn't review then and wanted to, but recently a friend went and the same sales woman told her that her platinum ring was not real. She had had several Jewelers look at her Wedding ring already and had offers for almost $1000!!! Needless to say, she took one of the other offers and now we will both complain!
